MPLC pumps
MPLC
Application
The MD-50/80/100 MPCL pump is designed for use in medium pressure chromatography (MPLC) with a flow range from 1 to 156 ml and a pressure range up to 40 bar.
Special features
- Standard or biocompatible versions
- 3 different pump heads allow a wide flow and pressure range
- Continuous adjustment of the entire capacity range via fine control of the lifting capacity
- High flow rate reproducibility
- Unique pulse damping principle
- Digital display of the system pressure from 0 to 40 bar
- Maximum and minimum pressure limit monitoring
- Space-saving, easy to use due to the compact design
- Basic unit for MPLC device setup. Direct assembly of a valve switch panel
- All parts (pump, pulse damper and pressure measuring device) are also available separately

LABOMATIC HD-3000
HPLC triple piston gradient pump with an integrated system controller
HPLC
Application
The LABOMATIC HD-3000 triple piston gradient pump with an integrated system controller has been developed for preparative high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC, MPLC). Precise dosing, a very wide flow range from 0.2 to 1640 ml/min at up to 600 bar and the possibility to carry out quaternary high- and low-pressure gradients make the HD-3000 the ideal instrument for optimal "scaling up". Control of all components of an HPLC system completes the picture of a new generation of preparative HPLC pump.
Special features
- Touchscreen programming and parameter display
- Binary, ternary and quaternary high- or low-pressure gradient elution
- Method programming and control of a complete HPLC system
- Control of up to 10 system control valves (sample injection valve, column reversed flash valve, column change over valve, etc.)
- Control of the LABOPORT AS-3000 Autosampler and the LABOCOL Vario-2000 fraction collector
- Wide flow and pressure range from 0.2 to 1640 ml/min.
- Three-piston system with primary and secondary piston
- Piston back rinse ensures trouble-free use of buffer eluents
- Simultaneous digital display of all relevant equipment parameters
Compact design. Separate control unit and pump mechanics
- Dual mode. One control unit for two pump mechanics (high pressure gradients)
- High reproducibility of the flow rates
- Setting of the higher and lower pressure limit
- Standard or biocompatible versions
- All the variable parameters are remote controllable (RS 232)
